Graduated from the Law School of the University of São Paulo, he was admitted to the São Paulo Bar Association in 1978. He is also a member of the São Paulo Lawyers Association. He was a professor in the Postgraduate Program in Business Law at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (Unisinos), a lecturer in training programs of Observador Legal Editora, and a speaker at various forums on topics related to his area of ​​expertise. He was responsible for resolving several majority/minority disputes in Brazil, issues of directors’ liability, approval of mergers and acquisitions under the Brazilian competition system, and other issues of corporate law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He was also an Advisor and Director of the Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of the Euro-Chambers and of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance – IBGC. Currently, he is the Vice-President Director of the Dutch-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce. He is a founding partner of Noronha Advogados.
