REINO was founded on January 30, 1944, with the purpose of offering opportunities for personal and professional development to underprivileged children and adolescents, as well as their parents.

Noronha Advogados, through the Noronha Institute, promotes cultural activities, in addition to supporting the Anjo da Guarda Association for underprivileged children, with the installation and maintenance of a library and English language courses. Similarly, it supports the “Spreading Stories” project, which distributes books free of charge in São José do Rio Preto.
