Community Support

Young Citizen Program
Noronha Advogados employs young people from the Young Citizen Program, maintained by the São Paulo State government. The initiative aims to offer young teenagers the opportunity for their first job.

Initially, the employment contracts provided by the program are temporary, but the firm has incorporated these young people into its staff permanently, given their good professional performance. In addition, Noronha Advogados has expanded the benefits initially provided by the program by doubling the minimum amount paid to teenagers.

Legal Assistance
Noronha Advogados professionals perform legal work for the benefit of the community (pro bono publico) for non-profit institutions involved with issues related to underprivileged children or international cooperation. The firm’s oldest contribution, which has lasted for decades, is to REINO DA GAROTADA DE POÁ (REINO), located in the state of São Paulo, Brazil.

REINO was founded on January 30, 1944, with the purpose of offering opportunities for personal and professional development to underprivileged children and adolescents, as well as their parents.
